We've had a Slurry loss at permit site 10 1-5507/1-485. We are now in the process of cleaning the site and removing the
lost material. Our Roadside Environmental Section has provided the contractor with the NCDOT Guidelines for the
Management and Disposal of Slurry as a reminder of their responsibilities. I follow up with more information as it
becomes available.

Cutting shutdown and cleanup in progress. Will have cleanup photos and bucket count
