Please find attached the cleanup photos taken on this past Tuesday April 11, 2023. The lost
sediment has been removed and silt fence repaired. Let me know if you have any questions.

I just received call from Jonathan Smithy, CEI, to update quantities. He stated that only 0.5 cu yds
loss of sediment occurred instead of 2.0 cu yds. He was able to get better estimate during the
cleanup this morning since water level has gone down from yesterday.

The I-5986B project experienced 2.19” of rainfall resulting in sediment loss of approximately 2 cu yds
at Permit Site 1. I talked with CEI this morning and they are cleaning and repairing site. The silt
fence got undermined during the rain event. Below is detailed email. Let me know if you need more

Jonathan Smithey performed his project walk down this morning. We have a Silt Loss at 1254+00 Lt-
L Mingo Swamp B. The project received 2.19 " of rain over the weekend & it’s reported that Flatiron
will have a crew on site to clean it up tomorrow.
