The I-5986B project experienced 2.19” of rainfall resulting in sediment loss of approximately
2 cu yds at Permit Site 1. I talked with CEI this morning and they are cleaning and repairing
site. The silt fence got undermined during the rain event. Below is detailed email. Let me

Jonathan Smithey performed his project walk down this morning. We have a Silt Loss at 1254+00 Lt-
L Mingo Swamp B. The project received 2.19 " of rain over the weekend & it’s reported that Flatiron
will have a crew on site to clean it up tomorrow.
