The Division received your request to rescind the subject Certificate of Coverage (CoC) under General Permit
NCG550000. We do not object to this request.
NPDES CoC NCG550215 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit file for the
Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a
new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

Please see the request below from Reymundo Ramos, owner of 6709 Whitney Rd, in Graham, NC, which is under COC
NCG550215. I inspected the home's SFR system on 2/15/2023. The discharging system has been replaced with a
traditional septic system with a subsurface drainage system. The home no longer discharges to a stream. Based on this
and Reymundo's request below, please rescind NCG550215 effective immediately.
