The Division of Water Resources (DWR) has performed a review of the 401 Water Quality Certification application
submitted for the referenced project. Based on our discussions at the site meeting on April 27, 2015, please provide
additional information so we can complete our review. Please respond by May 13, 2015 to avoid placing this application
on hold.
1. Update the plan sheets and stream impact table in Section C of the PCN application to include the proposed
stabilization work on the tributary to Simpson Creek at the upstream extent of the project.
2. Update the plan sheets and stream impact table to include any proposed changes to the downstream extent of
the project.
3. Provide a typical riffle and pool cross - section detail with dimensions if the proposed project modifications
include any channel relocation.
4. Provide a typical bank grading detail including proposed bank slopes and stabilization measures for the areas
identified on the plan sheet as "reslope bank ".
5. Provide a typical detail for the proposed log cross -vane structures.
6. Provide a detailed planting plan.
