Thanks for your comments.  DOT is not planning to implement Design Standards in Sensitive Watersheds (DSSW) on this 
one.  The Basinwide plan for the Yadkin does not list turbidity as a contributing source of impairment in Town Creek, so 
we do not believe we are required to meet DSSW according to our 404, 401, or NPDES requirements.  We will design our 
erosion control plan to meet NCDOT Best Management Practices.

No formal comments, however I encourage the use of sediment and erosion control measures that adhere to the Design 
Standards in Sensitive Watersheds in this 303(d) stream to prevent further degradation and aquatic species 
loss.  Significant sedimentation in a stream with Impaired Biological Integrity could have considerable lasting damage to 
the waterway.
