approval. The review is the same asa permit application. VVe have a maximum of6O days unless additional information
is required. To avoid delays in processing, please use the attached stormwater guidance sheet to ensure that all items
required for astormvvater management plan are submitted. The items required include a site map showing each
proposed bmp and the associated drainage area, stormwater calculations, bmp supplemental forms for each bmp and
operation and maintenance agreements for each bmp.
