Site and majority of vicinity is existing agriculture. Remaining vicinity area is residential and silviculture.

To construct an electrical substation for a proposed 80- megawatt photovoltaic power facility. This facility will
provide electricity for surrounding region.

The proposed substation will be approximately 440 x 290 -feet. It will utilize an existing graveled agricultural path
for construction and future maintenance. Equipment to be used includes the following: bulldozers, excavators,
backhoes, motor scraper and other land- grading equipment.
