Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 3-24-23 letter to Cervini Farms North Carolina, Inc.
attached informing the client of late/missing NDMR report for December 2022.

We reached a point with Cervini Farms that past due invoices were well past 90 days past
due and beyond the terms of our agreement. We informed our client in November 2022
that we were going to end service and hold reports until paid. We invoice at the
beginning of each month and terms are net 30, so we typically are paid by the end of each
month.

Since November payments are getting much better and currently March 2023 is the only
current outstanding balance. We will be holding the March 2023 report until the March
invoice is paid as well.
