clarification on these items. Please note that I am only reviewing the project for state authorization (401) for stream
and wetland impacts. The project will also require a federal authorization (404) for stream and wetland impacts and a
buffer authorization from the Town for impacts to the Jordan Lake Buffers. The plans for all 3 approvals must match
up.
