Hi Chris,
I've had a chance to review your application for a duplex at 3907 Sherman Ave. in Raleigh. According to the site plan
you submitted, you have 220 square feet of impacts in Zone 2 of the riparian buffer, and this impact can be permitted as
"Allowable with Exception", but these types of impacts require mitigation. This impact in Zone 2 requires mitigation at a
1.5:1 ratio for a total of 330 square feet of mitigation. This requirement can be satisfied by purchasing mitigation credits
from an approved mitigation bank in NC. Here's a link to the list:

You will get a Statement of Availability of Credits that you can email to me to include with your application. You only
pay for the credits once your application is approved. Once you email me the Statement of Availability of Credits, I can
issue your Riparian Buffer Authorization.
