I double checked the cover letter - I'm not seeing where a NWP 14 was mentioned. The Low Impact Design
(LID) process is always for an NWP 3 by its nature (minimal amount of impact so that it qualifies as
'maintenance'; it truly is a non-notifying activity, but DOT has so many of these projects across the state, this
was a way too keep track of them all). The attachment L (the few pages after the cover letter) are a standard
letter format that the Agencies and DOT worked out amongst themselves. So, it covers all the bases. This
project is in Caswell county and therefore does not have waters that are buffered by DWR.

Nik, 
I just needed to clarify some things on Bridge 106 if possible. 
Are you looking for just the NW 3 as stated in the cover letter?  At one point I saw a 3 or 14 mentioned.  Also the 
wording of and/or Buffer threw me and I wanted to verify if this project is going to require Buffer Approval. 
The only lat/long coordinates I saw listed were in degrees minutes seconds format.  Please provide the decimal format 
as I have no proper way to convert.
