The City of Whiteville Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) covering activities from January
through December 2022 was received on February 28, 2023. Our review indicates that the
Public Notice will need to be republished stating the SIU, HERR, was in SNC for the second
period of 2022. Once this correction is completed, this PAR will satisfy the requirement of 15A
NCAC 2H .0908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment
Programs The next PAR will be due on March 1, 2024.
