On behalf of Daimler Truck North America, LLC (DTNA), Mount Holly (COC NCG030085), we are providing
email notification as required by NCG030000 Part E, Table 3 for a Tier 1 benchmark exceedance. DTNA,
Mount Holly has become aware of a benchmark exceedance for TSS at Outfall 001 for a sample collected on
February 17th (results received by Daimler on March 20, 2023). The lab report dated March 15, 2023
indicated a Total Suspended Solids concentration of 140 mg/l (benchmark is 100 mg/l).
