Inspection Summary:
Site inspection was conducted on March 31, 2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. The inspection
was in response to a self reported sediment release that occurred on March 24, 2023. Cody Epps was present during the
inspection. I also met with Brandon Dockery and Brian Luther.
Sediment was observed in a JS from approximately Station 149+00 - 159+00 LT. All off site sediment needs to be
removed from the stream. A follow up inspection is scheduled for April 10.
