Site inspection was conducted on March 31, 2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Michael
Johnson, Nathan Tanner, Isaac Jones, Kevin Barnett, Lee Shepard, and Owle personnel were present during the
inspection. The inspection was a follow up site visit for a previous non-compliant report.
- The water from the work area was being pumped through a silt bag. Pumps are to be maintained through the weekend
and work will resume on Monday according to the contractor.
- NPDES records were up to date.
