that occurred during ffie January 2021 monitoring period.
On January 27, 2023, the plant received a TSS xu�ujt of 46 rngiL, exceeding the daily maximum firnit of 45 ing/L. On this
date� em ergency maintenance was performed on the aerators due to a sudden m cr-ban i ca I failure, which causcd a lapse in
the availability of the aeraton, that impacwd the treatment process as a result- This c�vcnt disturbed the existing solids in
ft plaia, whicb caused a temporary increase in th4-, conce0ration of TSS in the effluent. No other noncornp I iance events
as�5ociated with this occurrence have been ob�,med.
It is always our goal to remain in compliance with regulations sct fbah by the Division of Water Resources- The factors
con tribu ting to this v iolation have been addressod cmfully to prevent future noncompl iance events - I t: is our request that
