On behalf of Daimler Truck North America, LLC (DTNA), Gastonia (COC NCG030130), we are providing email
notification as required by NCG030000 Part E, Table 3 for a Tier 1 benchmark exceedance. DTNA, Gastonia

has become aware of a benchmark exceedance for TSS, Cu and Zn at Outfall 002 for samples collected on
February 17th (results received by DTNA, Gastonia on March 21, 2023). The lab report dated March 15, 2023,
indicated a Total Suspended Solids concentration of 110 mg/l (benchmark is 100 mg/l), a Copper
concentration of 0.017 mg/l (benchmark is 0.010 mg/l), and a Zinc concentration of 0.200 mg/l (benchmark is
0.126 mg/l).
