SfATE'q, NORTH CAROLINA Environmental Quality March 23, 2023 SUBJECT: Compliance Inspection Report Laurinburg-Maxton Airport Commission Collection System Collection System Permit No. WQCS00128 Scotland County Dear Permittee: The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Laurinburg-Maxton Airport Commission Collection System on 3/16/2023. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00128. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. All three pump stations within the system were inspected. SCADA communication system was functional when tested during the inspection, in addition to operating audio and visual alarms. The pump stations were well -maintained with good housekeeping and secured with restrictive access. Logs were thorough and included all maintenance done at the pump station. Documents such as spill response action plan, CIP, maps, and FOG information were all available for review at the time of inspection.
