No problem — glad there was already a more accurate map. Please add the date to the text box so it's easily identifiable —
thanks!

For some reason I didn't include it.
The revision date will be automatically added in the small text on the left margin in CAD. If you need something more
visible, we can type it in down in the bottom box.

Hi Rick,
I did not see this map in the application —just the one with NWPR labels and Pond 2 unmapped. Please add the
measurements for each AR and a revision date that I can reference to avoid confusion in the future.
Sincerely,
Emily

Emily,
Just wanted to make sure I understand correctly. You're asking for an exhibit like the one attached updated that also
includes the measurements of each feature including the pond? I thought I had submitted the one attached, but it
doesn't look like I did. I can get the measurements of each resource added to this.
Thanks,
Rick TroneWithersRavenel

Hi Rick,
I'm reviewing our database/PCN and see that the JD request was submitted under NWPR, but it was vacated prior to
issuance of the AJD. That action was closed out administratively on our end. Do the property owners want a delineation
concurrence for the site?
The current maps are not accurate for issuing the DC at this time and not quite what I need to be able to input them into
our database for the permitting process either. Will you update the JD map to include the pond that was filled, the
measurements of each feature, and a revision date? If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks!
Emily

Hi Rick,
Thank you for the heads up, and it now makes sense why I wasn't receiving a response to my emails!
Yes, I'll be the reviewer for this project and you may see other PMs in the Wilmington District for other projects in the RFO
work area as well.
Hi Zach, it's nice to (kind of) meet you — I'll be sending you an email about another project shortly
Sincerely,
Emily

Hi Emily,
Kelsey no longer works for DWR and this project is assigned to Zach Thomas. I copied him here.
Will you be the reviewer instead of Lyle?

Good morning Kelsey,
This email is concerning the attached Pre -construction notification (PCN) received by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
(USACE) on January 26, 2023. The Corps Action ID Number associated with this project is: SAW-2021-00808.
Please provide a written response within 14 days from the date of this email, regarding the North Carolina Division of
Water Resources (DWR) receipt date for this project, otherwise, we will consider our receipt date as accurate. Also,
within 14 days, please notify me if the certification request does not contain the nine (9) components listed in Section
121.5(b) of the 2020 Clean Water Act Section 401 Certification Rule.
As specified in the September 16, 2022, Programmatic Agreement (PA) between the USACE, Wilmington District, and the
North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Water Resources, the reasonable period of time (RPOT)
for DWR to act on a Section 401 certification request is 120 days unless the RPOT is extended per the terms of this PA.
As such, unless we receive an email request for an extension of the RPOT, the USACE will consider the Section 401
certification for this project to be waived on May 29, 2023.
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this request.
Respectfully,
Emily
