Grass buffer, no trees removed, minimal disturbance to buffer. Dredge by barge, haul material out by land. 2 neighbors in the same
cove are also having dredging done and have permission to haul their dredge spoils out through this property as well. Half of
dredge spoils for all 3 projects will be left at 1150 Whispering Winds Dr. and the other half left onsite at 1147 Whispering Winds
Dr. Both of the properties are owned by the same person and neighbors have permission to leave spoils on the properties. Spoils
will be place far enough away from the lake to prevent any run off from occurring.

Once the application has been accepted. You will need to send a corresponding fee in with the appropriate DWR#. The
application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):
