Brief Description of the proposed project:
The proposed Mill Stone Creek Subdivision project is located in the western quadrant of US264 and
Alternate 264, Wilson, Wilson County, NC. The project is approximately 121 acres of the overall
approximately 187 acre properties. The project purpose is to construct a single family residential
development and its necessary infrastructure including but not limited to; residential lots, roadway
infrastructure, SCM's, and utilities. Exact impacts to wetlands, streams and Neuse Buffers are not fully
known at this time and will be provided in the PCN application. Impacts are anticipated to fall within
Nationwide Permit thresholds.
