A site visit was not conducted as part of this review. According to the AR, 45.48 dry tons were applied to the 10-acre field over three application dates. The permittee or their agents are not notifing the MRO when the Land Applications events are going to occur. This is a consistent issue that needs to be corrected. The permittee or their agent should be in communication with the Regional Office(RO)regarding land application events.
