No mortality to test organisms exposed to 90% effluent was observed, and the result of this toxicity test was a "Pass" rating. Results from acute pass/fail tests, as well as chronic pass/fail tests conducted at effluent concentrations not addressed by NPDES permit, are not currently being disseminated with the monthly toxicity testing update. Therefore, this memo will serve as notification of these results.
