The City of Eden has chosen to revert back to the 13.5 MGD Effluent Sheet of
the subject NPDES permit. This is due to recently increased industrial flow
allocations. We understand that this changes our current permit from 10.0 MGD
with a Color limit of 405 ADMI Units to 13.5 MGD with a Color limit of 300 ADMI
Units. All other limits and monitoring frequencies remain the same.
If you should have any questions concerning this matter, please feel free to
contact Charles Van Zandt at 336-627-1009 ext. 320.

David- just to let you know that NPDES received the letter request dated June 7 from
City of Eden to revert back to their 13.5 MGD Effluent Sheet due to recently
increased industrial flows, which also changes the color limit back to 300 ADMI.
We've got this programmed into BIMS. I let Eden (Charles Van Zandt) know that
they're good to go.
Bill/Keyes- well, the interim flow/color limit didn't last too long!
