The facility easily qualifies for the no exposure. The oil use is close to the amounts that may trigger the need for a permit so

Comment: The facility uses must under 55 gallons of oil per month and they don't have any tanks or fuel
pumps outside. The do wash there vehicles, but all runoff is captured indoors and runs to an
OWS that is pumped out every 16 weeks. The parking lot and shop a clean with no spills
visible.
