We have received the PCN for the above referenced project With the plans being so large, I would like to request that
you send in a Cd or a PDF of the plans so that we can get them into our system quicker. Also, we require 3 copies of the
PCN for buffer authorizations, but I will make the other 2 copies need for you With Cisco's signature on page 11 of 11
we will require a completed agent authorization form that I have attached for your use Please send the CD /PDF and the
