The Division received your request to rescind the subject Certificate of Coverage (CoC) under General Permit
NCG500000. We do not object to this request.
NPIDES CoC NCG500315 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit file for the
Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a
new NPIDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

Our facility would like to request rescission of our Wastewater Discharge Permit due to the fact that our
furnace cooling water system is entirely contained within an automatically operated closed -loop recycling
system. The system has been designed to either recycle or vaporize excess cooling water. If a discharge,
overflow, or spill were to occur from the furnace cooling water system, the wastewater would enter floor
drains and be stored in collection basins until it could be pumped and hauled. Our facility has maintained
three in -ground collection basins, each having a capacity of approximately 1000 gallons, for 3000 gallons of
total wastewater storage on site at all times. We also have two additional mini -bulk -sized containers
available for temporary storage of wastewater, if needed. For further information, please find the previous
