JSB Remarks: Sudden increase of influent flow corresponds with spike in daily TSS and BOD data, causing weekly and
monthly averages to exceed permit limits. Permittee reported upset and anticipated exceedances to WSRO DWR within 24
hours of event. eDMR data is consistent with event as reported by permittee.
