Registered Surveyor, November 29, 1995, and being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at an existing railroad spike located in the center line of Ritchie Road,
the northeastern corner of James D. Deal, this beginning point lying South 87-52-28
West 3732.79 .feet from NCGS darker "County" (N-6a5455.4368', E=3559773.1337'), and
runs thence in two courses along the lines of James D. Deal as follows: (1) South
60-21-32 West 219.46 feet, and (2) South 12-42--59 Fast 194.77 feet to an existing
iron located in the edge of the 60--foot right-of-way; thence along the edge of
the 60-foot right-of-way, North 85-33-29 West 161.83 feet to a new iron stake at
the beginning of a cul-de-sac at the end of said 63-foot right-of-way; thence
along the edge of the cul-de-sac as It curves in a counter -clockwise direction
along the are of a circle having a radius of 50 feet, and passing an existing iron
stake at 92.73 feet, for a total distance of 250 feet to an existing iron stake,
corner of Stewart A. Simms; thence along Simms' li-ie South 41-08-35 West 252.28
feet to an existing iron stake in the line of Carolina Creative Resources, Inc.;

feet to a point; (3) South 8-25-33 East 26.83 feet to an existing nail; and (4)
South 15-56-28 East 145.95 feet to an existing railroad spike, the point of
Beginning, containing 65.727 acres.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and
appurtenances thereto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
And the Grantor covenants with the Grantee, that Grantor is seized of the premises
in fee simple, has the right to convey the same in fee simple, that title is
marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances, and that Grantor will warrant
and defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever except
for the exceptions hereinafter stated. Title to the property hereinabove described
is subject to the following exceptions: Any and all restrictions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
