NW has prepared this shoreline study in order to illustrate the various components of a shoreline application that is forthcoming. 2. NW is requesting a shoreline re-classification in one area of the shoreline. On the West Shore, NW requests a re- classification from Future Public Recreation to Future Residential. 3. NW is requesting that shoreline classifications be assigned to the shoreline along the ponds located on the south side of the site. Refer to the plan. 4. All Environmental and Impact Minimization Zones were flagged in the field by Duke Energy Lake Services on August 14, 2013. These flags have been field surveyed and are documented on these pages. Attached is a copy of the Lawrence Survey. 5. NW is proposing to expand the existing commercial marina located within the Commercial Manna shoreline south of the New Hope Road Bridge. 6.
