Within the past twenty four months this facility had one violation of BOD5., Downstream temperature values were above 20'C only during August of 1995. Fecal Coliform seems to be of some concern. The facility inconsistantly discharged levels above 200/100 ml of fecal colifonn within the past twenty four months. Downstream levels for fecal coliforrn were also inconsistantly high within the past twenty four months. Fecal levels were very high in early 1995. Permits and Engineering will recommend existing limitations with monitoring reflective of a class II facility. Regional comments must include the need for this facility to have disinfection and fecal limits. Region must also verify facility class and components.
