Maureen,
My comments are below:
78115 — Greystone — Reviewed again
1. The receiving stream on the supplement page should be changed to "Belews Creek", as it is on the first page of
the permit and in BIMS.
Why did the downstream sample point change from 0.01 miles from discharge point to 0.18 miles from the
discharge point?
What happened to section A.2 of the permit?
67091— Mikkola — No Comments
75027 — Cains Way
1. A dechlorinator needs to be added to the plant description on the Supplement to Permit Cover Sheet.
83933 — Salem Quarters — Reviewed again
1. A dechlorinator needs to be added to the plant description on the Supplement to Permit Cover Sheet.
