This permit was mistakenly "streamlined" without a WLA when it is actually a "phased" permit. That is, according to Kerry, the WWTP has been built to accomodate 0.027 MGD, an ATC was issued for 0.0408 MGD, and the permitted flow is 0.046 MGD. As a result, this facility will get limits for ammonia and total residual chlorine for the "new flow" when a WLA is done. If you have any questions, please call me. cc: Coleen Sullins ja C,k I e t-qr e f i Facility Name: NPDES No.: Type of Waste: Facility Status: Permit Status: Receiving Stream: Stream Classification: Subbasin: County: Regional Office: Requestor: Date of Request: Topo Quad: FACT SHEET FOR WASTELOAD ALLOCATION Request # 7439 Waterford Place Subdivision WWTP NCO055905 100% Domestic Existing Renewal Hunts Branch C 040301 Transylvania Stream Characteristic: Asheville USGS # Lowe Date: 4/22/93 Drainage Area (mi2): G8NW Summer 7Q10 (cfs): Winter 7Q10 (cfs): Average Flow (cfs): 30Q2 (cfs): IWC (%): 0.15 0.1 0.1 0.45 0.2 c v Wasteload Allocation Summary (approach taken, correspondence with region, EPA, etc.) Facility requesting renewal of NPDES permit.
