10. Comments: This site was never developed, and a closeout inspection was requested on March 24, 2023
since there are no plans to develop the site in the foreseeable future. Permanent vegetation
was noted on the last inspection in January 2023. No additional self -monitoring or
self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA.
Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction
Activities (NCGO1) must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT).
