Tom, Hannah, and Stephen,
Please see the forwarded email from Ben this afternoon about the bypass. There are multiple issues
that were caused by the rain yesterday and overnight last night. Ben labeled the pictures with
station numbers. Jon is planning on going out to the project tomorrow morning to get more
information and will provide you with an update after his visit. We wanted to go ahead and give you
a heads up in the meantime. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,

Jon,
Attached are photos highlighting erosion control losses that occurred due to the ~2.38” of rain that
the project received from the rain events during the past 24 hours. The contractor is actively
working to address these issues. We are available to review onsite with the DEO staff. Please let us
know if you need any additional information for the locations on the project.
Cheers,
Ben
