Good Morning Brittany. The following is the missing information from the applications. The first outfall
(Sediment Basin 1) is located at the Carson Woods property and is found at coordinates 36.449371, -
81.319391. At this outfall the industrial activity taking place is a state approved solid waste pit containing raw
wood stumps and brush. No vehicle maintenance is done on site. The next outfall (Sediment Basin 1) is located
at the Watertank Road property and is found at coordinates 36.321443, -81.510869. At this outfall the
industrial activity taking place is the removal of fill dirt from an old waste pit( a NCDOT waste pit for Hwy 221).
No vehicle maintenance is done on site. Let us know if there is any other information you are needing.

My name is Brittany Carson and I am the General Permits Coordinator for the Industrial Stormwater Program at NC DEQ.
We received two applications for coverage under General Permit NCG130000 for Mila's Trucking Company and Noblett
LLC. Upon initial review of these applications, it was noted that these applications are missing at least one outfall listed
in Section 4 of the application.
Please email me the outfall information for both of these facilities, this includes the coordinates, brief description of
industrial activities that drain to this outfall, and where vehicle maintenance occurs at the drainage of this outfall. We
require at least one outfall to be eligible for coverage. If you do not know where your outfall is, a typical definition we
use is "a discreet place where stormwater converges at the edge of your property'.
