NOTE: ALL MAJOR CHANGES NEED TO BE PRE-APPROVED BY AN AUTHORIZED SEGRA EMPLOYEE PRIOR TO STARTING THE WORK. SITE CONDITIONS ·THE ACTUAL LOCATION OF EXISTING CONDUIT AND CABLES MAY VARY FROM THE LOCATION SHOWN. REPAIR OF ANY DAMAGED CONDUIT CONTAINING CABLE SHALL BE MADE BY USE OF PVC SPLIT DUCT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ENCLOSE THE EXISTING CABLES IN PVC. ·THE LOCATIONS OF EXISTING UTILITIES SHOWN IN THIS PLAN ARE APPROXIMATE. WHEN WORK IS TO BE CONDUCTED IN THE VICINITY OF KNOWN UTILITIES, THEIR ACTUAL LOCATION MUST BE FIELD VERIFIED TO AVOID CONFLICTS IR DAMAGE TO THOSE UTILITIES.
