This Certificate of Coverage (COC) was renewed in 2018, and the attached COC was generated. Copies were requested
on 8/10/2018 and 8/30/2018, respectively. It will be renewed again automatically in 2023 as long as all fees are paid
(they are currently up to date). All permit records are in the NCG210396 COC folder in our repository.
We recommend that you run a permit summary report to review the contact information and current fees to ensure
information is up to date ahead of the renewal later this summer. Be sure to check our website for updates on the
NCG210000 renewal (due out to public notice in mid -April).
