Hi Dorothy,

We have been trying to rectify this situation for some time now. We have been filing reports for
years however they were not being recognized. After tons of conversations and emails, it appears
that the primary issue was the permit name was never changed to our name at the time of
acquisition. In operations, we thought that the closing attorneys had handled the name change. We
did not know that until late 2021, I believe. That was corrected in April of 2022. We have been filing
these reports all along and have resubmitted several times.

Primary contacts we have used are:

The Raleigh Regional Office Chris Smith at [e-mail]
Vanessa Manuel at [e-mail]
And, Poorva Mokashi prior to her departure [e-mail]

I’m including John Parrish on this email. John is the Director at the club, he files the reports and
works with the folks from NCDENR.
