On behalf of Jim Myers & Sons, Inc. (JMS), COC NCG030717, we are providing email notification as required by
NCG030000 Part E, Table 3 for a Tier 1 benchmark exceedance. JMS has become aware of a benchmark

exceeclance for TSS at Outfa I 1001 for a sample collected on February 17th (results received by JMS on March
20,2023). The lab report dated March 14, 2023 indicated a Total Suspended Solids concentration of 140 mg/I
(benchmark is 100 mg/1).
