Dear Plan Reviewer,
On behalf of Blue Ridge Retirement Partners, LLC, we are requesting your review and approval
of the attached stormwater application for the subject project. The project will include the
development of a retirement community consisting of independent living homes, assisted living
units, and a central hub for community activities and services. The storm system is in the high -
density central portion of the site. This portion is 33.45 acres with 371 dwelling units. The low -
density area encompasses the remaining 73.48 acres with 85 dwelling units. Please find enclosed
the following items for your review and approval:
• Check in the amount of $505
• State Stormwater Fast Track Process: "Authorization to Construct" (ATC) Permit
Application Form
• Operation & Maintenance Agreement
• Supplemental-EZ Forms
• Hydrology and Erosion Control Study
• Two (2) Set of 24"x36" Engineered Plans
