requested extension of the sludge survey requirement. Due to the amount of treatment volume
available, and the rate of sludge accumulation for the submitted lagoon(s), the Division has
approved and/or denied the following extensions for your lagoon(s):
Lagoon 1 next sludge survey is due by December 31, 2023. No extension is permitted.
