Based on the information supplied by you on Apri19, 2015, the additional riparian wetland impacts are located in CU 03020101 of the Tar-Pamlico River Basin in the Northern Inner Coastal Plain (NICP) Eco-Region, and are as follows: a �� . . ��a� iii�, . DMS proposes to utilize additional riparian wetland mitigation credits from the Grimesland Mitigation Site (Phase II) to mitigate for this additional wetland impact. This mitigation acceptance letter replaces the mitigation acceptance letter that was issued on October 22, 2014. Upon receipt of the revised perxnits, the debit in the amount required by the issued revised permit(s) will be made and locked to the Grimesland Mitigation site (Phase I�.
