I appreciate you sending the revised information including detailed descriptions. As you allude to I will need SHPO and FWS confirmation correspondence before I can verify the use of NWP 12. In the mean time, I do have a correction to make for the JD which may affect a portion of the PCN: In my notes I did not record having removed wetlands W2 and W3 from Jurisdiction. They are certainly swales between farm fields, but based on my notes and recollection they are Jurisdictional due to meeting the 3 wetland criteria and (based on best available information) connecting (eventually) to a TNW. Please make these corrections on your PCN figures. If this correction changes anything with respect to the PCN please make those changes and email them to me.
