Hi Terry, I received a copy of the letter that you issued on March 27 regarding the buffer impact for this project. Unfortunately I can't match up what you issued with the plans that I have unless I have either a total buffer impact amount to match with my stream impact, or an attached drawing to verify that it matches the drawings that I have. Do you have an electronic copy of the plans you approved that you can email to me? I only need pages that show the buffer impact that you approved, I don't need to see stormwater design etc. We've had many cases of projects coming to us for approval and then during local approval impacts might change /driveways get re- aligned etc, so I like to be sure what I approve matches up. Sue, The Master Watershed Plan is the approved Stormwater Management Plan. Sorry for the different language. The City has determined that no additional treatment is necessary for these improvements due to measures that have been put into place in other parts of campus that offset this new built -upon area. The new impervious surface is being discharged into existing storm piping networks. The flow area to these pipes have been reduced during previous projects to allow for the increase in impervious surface during with this project. As a follow up, can you tell me where the stormwater from the new impervious surfaces are going? despite the overall watershed plan /ISA calculations etc, even if treatment is not required, diffuse flow must still be met for any new stormwater and I can't verify that from what you sent.
