Subject: Response to Notice of Violation Letter/ NOV-22023-MV-0029
Dear Mr. Brantley
We received your Notice of Violation letter on March 2nd,2023 in reference to a failure to collect a
upstream Total Hardness sample in December 2022. After careful review we have determine that this
sample was not collect due to operator failure but not purposely, since this incident has taking place we
have implemented a sample spreadsheet, which will help our permitted samples to be collected at the
