On behalf of Crowder, Banks & Associates (owner), we are submitting the enclosed Fast
Track Sewer Extension Application FTA 06-21 & the required Supporting Documentation.
The application is for the Charlie Brown Road Residential Development in Yancey County.
This enclosed application consists of an addition of approximately 810 Linear Feet of sewer
extension of the 8" PVC Gravity Sewer, with manholes.
Wastewater generated by this phase of the project consists of 30 units, with a design flow of
6,120 gpd; this is based on 51 bedrooms (9 3-bedroom units and 12 2-bedroom units) at 120
gpd per bedroom. The wastewater generated will be 100% domestic.
The system will consist of an addition to the gravity collection system that drains to the
Burnsville Wastewater System. There will be no encroachments on public right of ways. No
previously approved infrastructure will be modified or removed.
