Hi All, Below are modified directions to the site for Mr. Futch located at lot 63 on Creekview Drive WEST in Hampstead,
NC. Joanne and I spoke today and the directions I pulled off of google earth do not get you to the lot. I am sending
these modified directions and apologize for any confusion.
To locate this property, travel north on US -17 for approximately 11.5 miles and turn right onto Deerfield Drive.
Continue on Deerfield Drive and it will turn into Creekview Drive WEST. The property is on the right and has a
chain across the driveway and two posts on either side. It is the second lot past 308 Creekview Drive West and
is the lot before 318 Creekview Drive West.
