ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST
PBM Renwood Acquisition, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Transferor'),
does hereby transfer unto Mennel Milling & Bakery Mix of North Carolina, LLC, a North Carolina
limited liability company ("Transferee"), one hundred percent (100.0%) of the issued and
outstanding membership interests in Renwood Mills, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability
company (the "Company"), standing in Transferor's name on the books of the Company.
Transferor does hereby irrevocably constitute and appoint Transferee and its successors and
assigns. as its true and lawful attorney, for it and in its name and stead, to transfer said membership
rights and interests on the books of the Company with full power of substitution in the premises.
Effective this 1st day of September, 2022.

Renwood Mills, LLC. is in the process of being spun down. The business is still active as the company needs to
complete regulatory filings such as taxes etc. before formally deactivating the business. Going forward,
operations will continue with the Mennel Milling & Bakery Mix of North Carolina LLC, formerly Renwood Flour
Mills, LLC.

The owner for this facility is Renwood Mills LLC, and the previous legal name of Mennel Milling & Bakery Mix of North
Carolina LLC was Renwood Flour Mills LLC. Is this the same company or are they two separate companies?

I submitted ownership change information last month for our facility at 11 N. Brady Ave. in Newton,
NC. When using the registration verification link below, it is still showing the facility as Renwood Mills. Do you
have a timeline as to when this change will be updated in the system? I cannot get the facility setup in the
eDMR system until this is completed.
